These sexy brownies are the most exaggerated dessert you've ever tried. They have a base of fluffy and fluffy chocolate chip cookies, a layer of Oreo cookies, and a sweet brownie on top! This recipe is 100% from scratch and certainly the most tolerant brownie recipe.

I have been looking at photos of sexy brownies online for years. These decadent and super pampering brownies were invented in 2011 when Amanda published the original recipe from www.kevinandamanda.com. Solve the old debate about which is best: chocolate chip cookies or brownies.

Why Are They Called Trojan Brownies?

When I read Amanda's updated post, I learned that Oreo Brownie's biscuit biscuits were named when she invented the recipe. But it was the Internet that eventually changed its name to Troy Brownies. Personally, I prefer the original name because I don't think anyone deserves to be called "cornea" and this includes my brownies. But hey, would a brownie with another name be just as cute?

How To Make The Damn Brownies

Today's recipe is 100% from scratch. I adapted my favorite Blondie recipe slightly for the layer of biscuit dough. It's chewable, sweet, and full of chocolate chips. Spread the layer of biscuit dough on the bottom of the pan, then press a layer of oreo biscuits onto it.

For the brownie layer, I wanted the brownies to be fried and light but not too rich because these bars are already over the top. I also wanted to make sure the brownie batter was thin enough to be easily poured/smeared over oreo cookies, but not too sticky. If the brownies are too sticky, they will not stick together or cut well. Therefore, the brownie batter is made from semi-sweet chocolate (or dark chocolate for a richer taste) and the right amount of flour to make it soft and meaty, but you can cut it anyway.

* Please note that the cooking time is long. These brownies are very thick, so they should be cooked for about 50 minutes. You do this when an inserted rod is clean or has moist crumbs. If you press lightly on the pan and find that the middle of the brownies is really flaky, they are not done yet.

Professional tip: Make sure the brownies have cooled completely before cutting them. Otherwise, you will be damaged. They should be refrigerated for at least 4 hours for a simple and clean-cut. Waiting for the brownies to cool down is certainly the hardest part of preparing this recipe!

Do I Have To Be Fucking Brownies From Scratch?

I recommend it (obviously). You can also use canned brownies or biscuit dough with pre-made chocolate chips (or both). The cooking time is also approx. 50 minutes.

The following recipe is for a 9 x 13-inch pan. It can easily be split in half and turned into an 8 × 8 or 9 × 9-inch tray. The cooking time is almost the same.
